Little Fairy Carton Cakes & Special Gifts operates as a registered and insured small creative business in Ireland. We follow:

• Irish consumer expectations
• Safe preparation practices
• Transparency standards
• GDPR data protection regulations

Business insurance is maintained to support safe operation during production, handling, delivery coordination, and event participation where applicable.

By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, customers agree that Little Fairy may contact them where necessary regarding:

• Order confirmation
• Clarification of details
• Design adjustments
• Availability updates
• Delivery or collection coordination

Communication is limited strictly to what is required to complete the order correctly and safely.

Customer information is collected only where necessary for order processing, communication, invoicing, delivery coordination and customer support.

• Little Fairy does not sell, share, or distribute customer data to third parties.
• Payment details are handled only through secure payment methods and are never stored by Little Fairy.
• Customer data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil services and meet Irish record-keeping obligations.
• Customers may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Little Fairy directly.

Little Fairy may photograph finished creations for portfolio, website, social media and marketing materials. Photographs normally include products only, not customers.

• If customers voluntarily share photos, videos, reviews, experience stories or thank-you messages, Little Fairy may request permission to share them publicly.
• Children’s faces are never published without explicit written permission and may be blurred or cropped where appropriate.
• Customers may request removal of shared material at any time.
• If customers provide personal images for use within designs, a Data Protection & Image Usage Agreement may be required.

All Little Fairy creations are handmade decorative non-edible carton cakes made to order. Images published online are reference examples only.

• Because each creation is personalised, minor variations may occur.
• Carton cake structures themselves are decorative and not intended for consumption.

All prices are clearly communicated before confirmation. Quotes remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden costs. Standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland is included unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply only where:

• Urgent production is requested
• Express delivery is requested
• Special materials are requested
• Delivery to Northern Ireland applies (€5 supplement)
• Customs-related charges apply where relevant

Customers are always informed before additional costs apply. During high-demand seasonal periods, limited seasonal pricing adjustments may apply and are communicated in advance.

Payment may be made by:

• Bank transfer
• Agreed online payment method
• Card on collection or delivery (if agreed)
• Cash on collection (if agreed)

All orders require a deposit. Production scheduling begins only after deposit confirmation.

• Customers should place orders at least 2 weeks in advance.
• During seasonal periods, earlier booking is strongly recommended.
• During high-demand periods, timelines may adjust depending on order volume — customers are informed in advance where applicable.
• Last-minute orders are accepted only if availability allows.

Customers must provide:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Address (if delivery required)
• Occasion
• Theme / colours
• Name & age (if applicable)
• Preferred collection date
• Allergies or dietary restrictions
• Special requests

Little Fairy is not responsible for issues caused by missing or incorrect information. All information must be in writing through an inquiry form.

Each customer receives:

• Confirmation & Invoice Letter
• Pricing summary
• Order details
• Terms & Conditions

Orders become confirmed only after the Confirmation Letter is issued and the deposit is received.

• Adjustments may be requested within 72 hours after confirmation.
• After this period, production planning begins and major changes may not be possible.
• Minor adjustments may still be accepted where possible.

Cancellation timelines:

• 10 days or more before collection → 100% refund
• Up to 7 days before collection → 70% refund
• Up to 5 days before collection → no refund

Refund processing takes 3–5 working days, depending on bank processing times. Because products are personalised, EU Consumer Rights Directive cancellation rights do not apply once production begins.

Responsibility transfers to the customer once collected, handed to delivery provider, or transported by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring collection timing allows safe storage conditions after collection.
• Little Fairy is not responsible for courier-related delays or damage.
• Incorrect delivery details remain customer responsibility.

Carton cakes are decorative structures. If edible items are included:

• Customers must notify allergies before confirmation.
• Little Fairy relies on manufacturer packaging information.
• Cross-contamination absence cannot be guaranteed.
• Customers must review ingredient labels provided.

Customers receive storage guidance. Damage caused by incorrect storage transfers responsibility to the customer after collection or delivery.

Each creation includes a contents list. All edible items remain in original manufacturer packaging showing:

• Ingredients
• Allergen details
• Expiry dates

Packaging is not modified by Little Fairy.

• Creations may include small decorative items.
• Not suitable for children under 4 without supervision.
• Guardians remain responsible for safe use.

• Minor variations may occur due to handmade production or supplier availability.
• Where specific materials become unavailable, suitable alternatives of equal style and value may be used.

• Finished creations may be photographed for portfolio purposes.
• Personal images require written consent before publication.
• Customers may request removal at any time.

Customer information is used only for order processing, communication and invoicing. Data is handled according to GDPR standards.

Little Fairy accepts responsibility for:

• Incorrect product supplied
• Incorrect personalisation
• Failure to follow confirmed order details

Suitable correction or refund will be offered where appropriate. Little Fairy reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where requests conflict with safety guidance, legal requirements, availability limits, respectful communication standards, or material availability.

Little Fairy is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Extreme weather
• Illness
• Supplier delays
• Transport disruption
• Power outages
• Venue cancellations
• Events beyond reasonable control

Alternative solutions are offered where possible.

• Orders must be collected within 48 hours unless agreed otherwise.
• Uncollected orders may be considered abandoned.
• Payments remain non-refundable.

• Products are for personal use only unless written permission is provided.
• All website content, product images and design concepts remain the intellectual property of Little Fairy Carton Cakes & Special Gifts and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

• Little Fairy creates inspired handmade designs and does not reproduce copyrighted characters or logos.
• Preview images may be provided before completion where applicable.
• Deposit refund may apply if preview is declined before production completion.

• Charity auction donations are handled directly between participant and organisation.
• Little Fairy does not process charity funds.
• Participation limited to individuals aged 18+.

• Event participation may change due to organiser decisions or external conditions.
• Creative activities are not childcare services.
• Parents always supervise children.

Orders may be placed only by individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Minimum value: €30
• Validity: 2 years
• Non-refundable
• Not exchangeable for cash
• Not eligible for discount purchase
• Multi-use until balance exhausted

Delivery to Northern Ireland includes a €5 supplement per order.

Partnerships require registered and insured compliant businesses operating with transparent and ethical standards.
